HOLY WEEK SCHEDULE

Palm Sunday

All services at regularly scheduled times, however the 8:45 and 11:00 will begin with the Liturgy of the Palms outside the Parish Hall.  (N,C)

10:00am Groundbreaking music, prayers, and thanksgiving , followed by a light reception

Monday of Holy Week

Tuesday of Holy Week

Wednesday of Holy Week

6:00pm Stations of the Cross

Maundy Thursday

6:00pm Maundy Thursday Service with foot washing – children begin in the Chapel and proceed to the Ed. Building after foot washing; guest preacher, Kirk LaFon, Chaplain at St. Andrew’s School (N,C)

Agape Meal – The entire parish is encouraged to attend this reverential meal; an Agape Meal for children will be held in the Ed. Building.

Good Friday

Noon Good Friday Liturgy with the Rt. Rev. Brian Seage, including Taize chant and Adoration of the Cross.

8:00pm Great Vigil of Easter (note: incense will be used)

Easter Sunday

7:30am Holy Eucharist, Rite One

8:45 am Holy Eucharist, Rite Two, with Choir (N,C)

10:00am Egg Hunt for the children (weather permitting)

11:00am Holy Eucharist, Rite Two, with Choir (N,C)

5:00pm Holy Eucharist, Rite Two
